1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Chanelify SEO Tool ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://seo.chanelify.com website as well as any related applications or services (collectively, the "Site" or "Service"). 2. Description of Service

Chanelify SEO Tool provides a suite of online Search Engine Optimization (SEO) utilities, including but not limited to keyword rank tracking, site auditing (crawling), and search traffic analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Google APIs

Our Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) via OAuth 2.0. By connecting these accounts:

  • You grant us permission to fetch and display your read-only data within your Chanelify dashboard.
  • You acknowledge that our use of your Google data is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to comply with Google's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any downtime, API rate limits, or data inaccuracies originating from Google's servers.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing (Midtrans)

While some features may be free, Chanelify SEO Tool offers premium subscription plans. If you choose to upgrade:

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Midtrans. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or e-wallet credentials.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refund Policy: Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Exception: You retain all ownership rights to the specific Google API data and website metrics you import into our Service. We make no claim of ownership over your personal website traffic data.

6. User Representations & Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You have the legal authorization to connect the Google accounts and track the domains you add to your dashboard.
  • You will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a compiled database or directory without written permission from us.
  • Attempt to bypass our billing systems or manipulate API rate limits.
  • Use our Site Audit bots/crawlers maliciously to perform Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on third-party websites.
  • Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by automated means.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (No SEO Guarantee)

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that using Chanelify SEO Tool will improve your website's search engine rankings, increase traffic, or result in financial gain. Search engine algorithms (like Google's) change frequently and are beyond our control.

In no event will Chanelify SEO Tool, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost revenue arising from your use of the Site.

9. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site or these Terms at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents your acceptance of any changes.
