  • Billing & Payment Information (via Midtrans): If you subscribe to a premium plan, your payment is processed securely by our official payment gateway partner, Midtrans. We DO NOT collect or store your sensitive payment details (such as full credit card numbers, CVV, or e-wallet PINs) on our servers. Midtrans handles all financial transactions securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We only store billing history, invoice statuses, and subscription tiers.

3. Google API Data & OAuth Permissions

To provide advanced traffic insights and accurate search ranking data, Chanelify SEO Tool allows you to connect your Google accounts via OAuth 2.0. When you grant us permission, we collect and process:

  • Google Search Console (GSC): Read-only access to fetch search performance metrics, including organic impressions, clicks, Click-Through Rates (CTR), and specific keyword ranking positions.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Read-only access (analytics.readonly) to fetch website traffic statistics, page views, bounce rates, and user engagement metrics.
  • Authentication Tokens: Securely encrypted OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens that allow our system to fetch new reports automatically for your dashboard without requiring daily logins.

4. Google API Services Disclosure (Limited Use Policy)

Chanelify SEO Tool’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Strictly Permitted Use: We use your GSC and GA4 data exclusively to provide SEO features to you such as generating traffic reports, displaying keyword ranking trends, and providing actionable SEO insights directly within the Chanelify dashboard.
  • No Selling or Sharing: We will never sell, rent, lease, or share your Google user data with any third parties, data brokers, or advertising platforms.
  • No Advertising Use: Your Google Analytics and Search Console data will never be used by us to serve targeted advertisements, retargeting, or personalized marketing.
  • Restricted Human Access: No human (including our engineering team) will view your Google API data unless strictly necessary to resolve a support ticket you initiated, to investigate a security incident, or to comply with applicable laws.

5. How We Use Your Information

Beyond Google API data, we use your general account and SEO campaign data to:

  • Operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Chanelify SEO Tool (e.g., executing daily rank tracking and site audits).
  • Process your subscription upgrades, downgrades, and billing cycles via Midtrans.
  • Send administrative notifications, such as password resets, payment receipts, or automated SEO summary reports.
  • Analyze system usage to troubleshoot bugs and develop new SEO features.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share non-Google data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate our business:

  • Payment Processors: We share necessary billing information (like name, email, and order ID) with Midtrans strictly for the purpose of securely processing your subscription payments and preventing fraud.
  • Cloud Hosting Providers: Our system is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure where data is stored safely.

  • Disconnecting Google: You can revoke Chanelify's access to your Google account at any moment by visiting your Google Account Security page and removing "Chanelify SEO Tool".
  • Account Deletion: You can delete your entire Chanelify account via your profile settings or by contacting support. Active subscriptions via Midtrans must be canceled before account deletion to prevent future charges.
